Video D Sale Policies

1. All video tape, CD and book sales are final.
   
   
2. All returns require prior written permission and authorization before being accepted.
   
   
3. We can not accept returns of video tapes or CD's except if the item is defective, then we will replace it with the same program.
   
   
4. The performers in the video tapes and CD's are trained professionals. You should consult with your medical doctor prior to the use of any of these exercise programs to make sure the exercises are safe for you to do.
   
   
5. All video tapes are NTSC (American) video standard. PAL video tapes are available for the Finis Jhung programs at $70 each.
   
   
6. Schools may use purchase order vouchers after which we will send you a Video D Studios invoice.
   
   
7. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
   
   
8. When paying by American Express card, items will be charged to your card upon shipping.
