The New Yorker called Dennis Diamond "one of the busiest and most influential figures in the field of dance video in the United States." Dennis began his career as a video designer and dance/video collaborator. In 1977 he founded Video D Studios, specializing in video recording and editing for both non-profit and commercial worlds. His video walls, which have been displayed in New York's Lincoln Center and City Center, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, American Dance Festival and Pittsburgh Dance Center, feature a virtual who's who of American dance -- Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Urban Bush Women, Limon Dance Company, Alwin Nikolais, Elizabeth Streb, Jazzdance by Danny Buraczeski, Margaret Jenkins Dance Company, Jazz Tap Ensemble, Dance Alloy, David Dorfman Dance and David Grenke. His performance collaborators include Jazz Tap Ensemble, Jennifer Muller/The Works, David Grenke, Senta Driver, Mel Wong, Laura Dean, Rosalind Newman, David Gordon, Bart Cook, Peter Reed, Melanie Slater and Carolyn Dorfman. Broadway video designs include Bill Irwin's Largely New York, Larry Gelbart's Mastergate, John Leguizamo Spic-o-rama, Philip Glass Ensemble's La Belle et La Bete , Doug McGrath's Political Animal, Blue Man Group in Tubes (New York, Boston and Chicago) and Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus 126th Blue Unit. In 2001 Dennis received The
