Esther Jyothi Larson, author of "Yoga Mom, Buddha Baby: The Yoga Workout for New Moms" has designed an 85-minute video class for pregnant women that uses simple movements to help you work with the changes in your body and prepare for childbirth. After gathering a few household items (a towel, scarf and pillows), the class begins comfortably seated and moves through a series of yoga poses and techniques. Correct form is emphasized for your safety and suggestions made for adjustments to your personal needs. Jyothi has been teaching Prenatal Yoga for 12 years.

Exercise 1 - Seated: Centering breaths, chants (6:00)
Exercise 2 - Seated: Neck rolls; torso, spine and leg stretches (10:00)
Exercise 3 - On all fours: Back stretch; resting (Child's Pose) (4:30)
Exercise 4 - Standing: Side stretches (Triangle, Pigeon, Cobra and Warrior Poses for hips, back, legs, arms) (9:20)Repeat 4 Standing: Side stretches to other side; Pelvic rolls (8:30)
Exercise 5 - Squatting: Leg strengthening and Kegels (6:15)
Exercise 6 - Standing: Lunges (5:30)
Exercise 7 - Standing: Arm stretches (8:00)
Exercise 8 - On all fours: Back stretch (Cat and Cow) and upper body strengthening (Down and Up Dog) (8:00)
Exercise 9 - Seated: Facial stretch (3:00)
Exercise 10 - Reclining: Visualization, relaxation, chants (12:00)
